The Louvre

The Louvre

The Louvre is a location used in Rhythm Thief & the Emperor's Treasure. It can be accessed from Place Vendôme or Tuileries Garden.

Exterior[]

The Louvre is split into three sections outside:

The Louvre[]

The Louvre, Main Entry[]

The Louvre, Denon Wing[]

The Denon Wing is where the hidden entrance to the Louvre is located. A relief can be seen on one of the pillars, which can be activated to open up the hidden entrance.

Exhibits[]

Inside, the Louvre is separated by floors:

Louvre, First Floor (1F)[]

Mesopotamian Sculpture[]

The Mesopotamian Sculpture is the first exhibit shown after entering the museum through the Denon Wing. The exhibit features two large statues at the forefront alongside a series of wall carvings. A security camera can be seen, placed high on the wall next to the statue on the right, which according to Phantom R, was a recent addition likely due to him giving the authorities advance notice.

When Phantom R and Fondue head back down to the first floor to retrieve the Bracelet of Tiamat, they discover a notebook on the ground of the exhibit. Picking it up, they find it's from Joseph, the security guard from the French Paintings exhibit. The notebook contains details about shutting down the security system guarding the bracelet.

First Floor Escalator[]

The First Floor Escalator leads to the second floor.

Art Display Corridor[]

The Art Display Corridor is an exhibit where various statues and artifacts reside. A number of security guards are on duty in the area. The exhibit is also where the rhythm games Looting the Louvre and Looting the Louvre Redux take place, where Phantom R matches the poses of the statues to go undetected by the guards.

French Paintings[]

The French Paintings exhibit features large-scale paintings arranged along the walls. A row of seats are placed in the middle and spaced out from each other. The exhibit is also where the security guard Joseph can be found sleeping in a chair; he is placed near the bottom right of the screen when Phantom R is looking for sounds.

Security Room Hallway[]

The Security Room Hallway is where the Security Room itself is located. Phantom R and Fondue arrive at the hallway after getting past the guards in the Art Display Corridor. When Phantom R arrives at the hallway, he is unable to open the door. Fondue, in the midst of excitement, accidentally activates the voice detection lock, prompting the duo to find the proper sound effect to gain access to the Security Room.
