Place de la Concorde is a location used in Rhythm Thief & the Emperor's Treasure and Rhythm Thief & the Paris Caper. It can be accessed from Hôtel de Cillon, Musée d'Orsay Station, and Champs-Élysées any time before Chapter 10.
The very first scrap of the Phantom Notes is located on the right side of the area, and the Fountain sound needed for the Master Instrument can be recorded from the fountain in the center of the area. Sapphire the bulldog's growl is also recorded on the left side of the fountain to get past Eric in Chapter 1.

It is also where the optional rhythm game Operation: Love can be unlocked by speaking to Armand in Chapter 5.
