"Imagination rules the world."
— Napoleon's favourite saying, Rhythm Thief and the Emperor's Treasure

Napoleon is the main antagonist in Rhythm Thief & the Emperor's Treasure. Following his revival in the modern day Paris, he takes command over a group of knights called the Chevaliers Diabolique and seeks something called the Dragon Crown that leads to the ancient wonder of the world, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon.

Near the conclusion of the game, it's revealed that there are in fact, two Napoleons; one is the original that revived by Isaac at the game's prologue, and the other is his stand-in Leonard Bonar. Because it took some time for the real Napoleon to regain his former strength, even for speaking properly, he enlisted Leonard to temporarily assume his position in his stead, a task he carried dutifully.

Leonard Bonar[]

As the admirer of the original Napoleon, Leonard proved himself to be the latter's capable follower. A testament of his loyalty and devotion towards his master was his capability in perfectly mimicking the real Napoleon's mannerism be in terms of personality and attire, though his beard and helmet proved to be dead giveaways of his status as his stand-in. Such error may very well intentional in Leonard's own part so as to remind himself that power and authority he possessed were borrowed from his master and it's going to be a matter of time before he had to relinquish them all to their righteous owner.
