Accomplices

Accomplices are characters who help the player during Rhythm Games in Rhythm Thief & the Paris Caper. There are 250 Accomplices total. Each Accomplice has its own set HP, vigor, and Skills that can make rhythm games easier. They can be leveled up using items, and once they reach a maximum level, they can be promoted, raising their rank and usefulness. Rarer accomplices can usually be promoted more than others.

Accomplices can be unlocked through Auditions or by playing through chapters. R-Coin Auditions which must be paid for with R-Coins can unlock "Trés Rare" accomplices who usually have high amounts of HP and vigor, rare skills, and are usually S rank and thus cannot be promoted.

The player can bring up to three accomplices with them and also select a guest accomplice at the start of any level or rhythm game. All of the accomplices that a player has encountered, both as their own accomplices and as guests, can be seen in the Rogues' Gallery.
