Armand (アルマン, Aruman) is a character in Rhythm Thief & the Emperor's Treasure. He is the owner of Coco.
Appearance[]
Armand has black hair and brown eyes. He wears a black suit, black slacks, and black shoes. Underneath, he wears a white dress shirt with a black bowtie. Armand also has a white handkerchief tucked into his breast pocket.

Emperor's Treasure[]
Armand first appears at Place de la Concorde in Chapter 5. Fondue is immediately drawn to Coco, but Armand warns him that his poodle is very picky. He then offers for Fondue to prove himself in the rhythm game Operation: Love. No matter how well Fondue does in the game, Armand will always explain that Coco is not interested and encourage him to try again some other time.
Armand and Coco reappear again in Chapter 8 at Place Henri-Mondor. Armand says Fondue seems familiar, but otherwise appears not to recognize him. However, he is pleased that Fondue seems to want to take the challenge to win his poodle’s affections again. Like last time, even though Fondue wins, Coco is still not interested.
Paris Caper[]
In Rhythm Thief & the Paris Caper, Armand appears as an accomplice called “Minister Armand.”
